So, I have recently bought a Razer kraken X USB.
In the left ear I notice a high pitch noise. I have tried plugging it in to different usb ports also in another laptop and desktop. I have also deleted an reinstalled synapse. The high pitch sound just doesn't go away.
Can anyone help me with this?

Since the problem persists on multiple platforms, this is highly likely caused by a hardware issue. Send me the serial number of the headset so I can help you submit a warranty claim.
