Installed razer app. I got below message when I try to activate 7.1 SS.
I bought this device as it is 7.1SS supported.
is there anyway i can activate this or should I return it ?

Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.
+1There’s an scratch card included with the headset.
Be sure, you’re typing code correctly. Common errors that some users have interchanged the letter "O" with zero, the number "1" for the letter "I" or vice versa.

not all models have the scraarch card.
this model doesnt have ant you need to get the code after writing its own serial number.
so i added correctly, but it doesnt give any activation code.
Means, there is no scrach card in the product.
