Razer Kraken X Lite 7.1 Surround Sound not working

Hello! I just bought a new pair of Razer Kraken X Lite and then I installed 7.1 Surround Sound, but when I go to test them, it is not working. In debug file, I have this message: "ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)". Please help me to fix this problem, otherwise I must to return them because those are useless. Ps: If I set 7.1 Surround Sound as default for my output device, it is not working, but if I set as default Realtek(R) Audio is working, but I cannot play any game like that.
