Razer Kraken X lite came without activation code

Today I buy Razer Kraken X Lite.But in the box i can’t find any code or something then i create account and try to add my headset to system but Serial Number and Product Number doesn’t working what should i do.

The activation code will be sent after the headset has been registered. You can request another code here later. Just be sure to check your email spam or junk folder. Please drop me a PM along with its serial number so I can validate the details in our database.
