Hello Razer Support Team,
I just got my Razer Kraken X Lite and when i unboxed it, i could find the black card with 7.1 Surround QR code to register. I registered but i cant find any card with an activation code and i need help.
I'm gonna attach photos so you can see there is no code.

Have you tried to register your Razer with your Razer ID? Please try to visit this link to request an activation code. Should you need additional help, PM me your headset serial number and email address so I can check your account and verify if there's a code allocated to your device. Have a good one!
