Hello, I bought the product 10 months ago from Teknosa in Turkey. Yesterday morning, the cracking I showed in the image occurred. As someone who uses the headset very sensitively, I did not expect it to crack so easily. I am alone at home and I was studying as usual.I took the headset out of my ear and put it back in place, and when I came back, I realised that it did not sit on my head.Please help, I need to study.I am preparing for the university exam.
The warranty of the product is still ongoing, but since I do not have a box, Teknosa's technical service will probably not accept it. What should I do, I want urgent help from knowledgeable friends.
