Razer Kraken X Mic not catching any audio.

Hello, I just recently bought the Headset and once I unboxed it and all, I tested if the audio and mic is working and I found out that only the audio part is doing well. I tried the guide in the support page to solve the issue but it still doesnt fix the issue. It only catches the mic audio if I change the input device via discord. I appreciate any response in advance.

    Can you send me the link to the support page you've tried? That way, I can scratch the steps there off my list and avoid redundancies.
