Razer Kraken X mic not detected

So i just bought kraken x yesterday, the output audio is very good and working, but 1 thing i discovered is the input microphone still using the laptop mic, not the headset. Heading to the recording device under and there's only my laptop microphone array connected, no headset detected Any help?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken X concern here. By the way, have you check if the recording device is set correctly in your laptop's Control Panel > Sound > Recording? Ensure to select the proper recording device, right-click on it, and select "Set Default Device" or "Select Default Communication Device". Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
