Razer Kraken X Mic not showing up

Just bought a brand new Razer Kraken X today, and my computer doesnt seem to be accepting microphone inputs from the headset. I have already checked for new audio drivers, and ensured that everything works, and that the mic isnt muted. My computer is a Dell XPS 15, and has one audio jack.

    Please put up a screenshot of Windows Sound settings (recording tab) and of the mic settings on the Realtek driver/utility of your laptop. By the way, does the mic work when you plug it into a smartphone and what app did you use to test it on PC?
