Razer Kraken X Mic not working

About an hour ago i was trying to make my mic the only sound receiver in discord, however it lost it's ability altogether (it was working in "System preferred"). and then when i try to enter to synapse to look at it, there's no microphone section in audio. I have tried to repair but it didn't work. What should i do?

    Are you missing the whole options from the mic tab? If so, please refer to the image below: Is this the first time to check these options while using the Razer Kraken X in Razer Synapse 3.0? Does the behavior happen while connecting the headset to another computer or 3.5mm USB port?

    I didn't paid attention until my mic stopped working, and yes i miss that part on synapse.

    I didn't tried that, i will try and write the results, also it might be helpful to say that it's USB type, not 3.5. Forgot to tell.

    Alright, i tried the mic on another computer and it worked.

    That's good to hear. There could've been some changes to your main computer that made the microphone missing/not working. Please try reinstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps from this link: https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771. Let me know how it went.

    That's odd. You may try uninstalling all Razer files/software using an application like Revo Uninstaller, restart your computer, and reinstall the software, then check if there's a difference.
