Razer Kraken X Mic not working | Razer Insider

About an hour ago i was trying to make my mic the only sound receiver in discord, however it lost it's ability altogether (it was working in "System preferred"). and then when i try to enter to synapse to look at it, there's no microphone section in audio. I have tried to repair but it didn't work. What should i do?

Are you missing the whole options from the mic tab? If so, please refer to the image below:







Is this the first time to check these options while using the Razer Kraken X in Razer Synapse 3.0? Does the behavior happen while connecting the headset to another computer or 3.5mm USB port?
I didn't paid attention until my mic stopped working, and yes i miss that part on synapse.

I didn't tried that, i will try and write the results, also it might be helpful to say that it's USB type, not 3.5. Forgot to tell.

That's good to hear. There could've been some changes to your main computer that made the microphone missing/not working. Please try reinstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps from this link: https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771. Let me know how it went.

That's odd. You may try uninstalling all Razer files/software using an application like Revo Uninstaller, restart your computer, and reinstall the software, then check if there's a difference.
