Razer Kraken X microphone issues

I just got the headset and I plugged it into my audio and microphone jacks, the sound works fine, but when I got in a discord call with my friends they said I was way too quiet, I can't figure out how or why the microphone is too quiet. I also checked in my system settings and it was barely picking anything up. Someone help please!

    Hey @Rat_salad71. Thanks for placing your concern to our Support board. Does the issue happen while connecting your Razer Kraken X into another computer or gaming console and see if the issue still persists? Please also try a different 3.5mm port in your PC and replicate microphone concern. Also, are you using Razer Synapse 3.0? If you are, please toggle off the Input Sensitivity and check if the issue still persists.
