Razer Kraken X Microphone not detected on computer

Hello , i switched my adapter for the headset of Kraken X and after this i no longer had a microphone that i can use , even when i switched back to the old adapter. The settings are all fine , driver, permission, i uninstalled the driver from the device manager and restart the computer(didnt help) , or whatever solution you may think of please assist me, thank you
