Razer Kraken X microphone not detected on Windows 11

So I’ve been using this headset and the audio has been great, however, I cannot seem to make the mic work for whatever reason. I’ve made sure that it wasn’t mute, and checked audio devices (only to find out it isn’t in the list of recording devices available, the only one being my laptop’s default audio (Realtek Microphone Array). I’ve also tried repairing Synapse, to no joy. Windows Update is also updated. Really hoping to fix this once and for all.
