Hi, my new Razer Kraken X seems to automatically lower the volume on other audio (e.g. music) when I'm in calls.
This wouldn't be an issue if it were consistent. The music starts out at normal volume and quality, after a few seconds gets very quiet and drops in quality. Then fluctuates. I've checked all computer audio settings, Spotify settings, and settings for MS Teams, and not found anything that could cause this - and I do not experience this problem with a different headset.
Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I just have to live with it?
