Razer Kraken X not being recognized by my PC

For some reason, my laptop does not recognize my Razer Kraken X. The only device that shows up in the Sound Control Panel is the Realtek High Definition device. The mic on the headset does not pick up any audio, and it is picking up audio from my built in laptop mic next to the built in webcam, which is a really bad mic. The device also does not show up in the Razer Synapse software. Does anyone know how to fix this issue so that my computer could recognize the headset? Forgot to mention that the headset itself works (I can listen to audio on it), its just that it is not being recognized as its own device by my laptop and the mic doesn't work.)

Right click in Recording and Playback and enable both: Show Disabled/Disconnected Devices If you don't see other devices there - check Windows Hardware Device Manager for any "undetected" or alert marked devices. If you see other devices - just enable them or check if any of them appear when you plug/unplug headsets. For "USB" model there can be "Generic USB Audio" and In that case its can be driver issue. Remove that device from Device Manager You can also try to change detection setting in Realtek (Disable detection of front panel and popup when new device). If its not detect, try on other device(PC/Laptop) o_O If they appear in setting/hardware, but not in Synapse - Reinstall it.
