Razer Kraken X Product Number invalid help!

Hello Razer community, I'm going to cut right to the chase, if you don't mind of course. I bought a pair of Razer Kraken X sometime last month and I never got around downloading the 7.1 surround sound feature on the pc, mainly cause I was using it for my PS4. I've thrown away my box but I can show proof of purchase for the item. I've tried using the Model Number on the headset but to no avail. Do let me know how I can help you help me. Many thanks.

    exact same situation here hopefully figure this problem out.

    You expect these things to work from the box, I got shut of mine to stop some ear bending from the missis. Now I find that I need software and the product code on the headphones dosnt work.
