Hello Razer community, I'm going to cut right to the chase, if you don't mind of course.
I bought a pair of Razer Kraken X sometime last month and I never got around downloading the 7.1 surround sound feature on the pc, mainly cause I was using it for my PS4.
I've thrown away my box but I can show proof of purchase for the item. I've tried using the Model Number on the headset but to no avail.

exact same situation here hopefully figure this problem out.
You expect these things to work from the box, I got shut of mine to stop some ear bending from the missis. Now I find that I need software and the product code on the headphones dosnt work.
