RAZER KRAKEN X - Surround 7.1 Code rubbed off

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. I am attempting to contact Razer support. Issue: I have just pruchased a Razer Kraken X headset Inside it had an activation card with a scrachable code to activate the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. When i scratched the code with a card with a coin the code rubbed off and is unable to be read to code. I was not rough or negectful with the item. Its actually one of my greatest fears this would happen when doing this. I have registered my product to my Razer account and hope Razer support could help me with getting my code or gaining access to a new one. Happy to discuss things privately including images and product codes. Thanks!

    Same, I just purchased a new Blackshark v2 X yesterday, and the activation code rubbed off and now I cannot use the software. I wasn't rough with the card, it just rubbed off entirely.

    It probably wouldn't have worked anyway. My code was fine and still said it was invalid after the synapse update. If you did register them you might be able to download the surround sound app. Its locked in as freeware but works better than without. A rep advised me to use this and not use synapse. I haven't bothered buying the spatial software but the 14 day trial on it was pretty nice if you choose to go that route.
