Razer Kraken X Surround 7.1 Not working Help pls

Hello As thread title say im having some troubles with my new kraken x... bought it today and as soon as i connected it and installed the razer surround 7.1 got no sound and started listen some static from them... headset has no problems cause i tested it on my phone and it works perfect... i really need help cause i cant even open the surround app so im not getting full experience from my new headset. Appreciate all possible help Kind Regards
