Razer Kraken X USB buzzing sound

One month ago I bought the Razer Kraken X USB headset it had a buzzing sound on my left ear. I returned it to the store and they gave me another one. Unfortunatelly it came with the same problem (the new one). I've tried uninstalling razer software and installing, changing usb ports, changing computers, nothing works. The buzzing sound is always there and it is slowly pulsating. Thank You. Edit: I posted this on the correct place. But now I can't delete this.

Have you tried updating the firmware of the headset yet? Also, is the buzzing noise apparent with and without Synapse running in the background? Please don't hesitate to PM me if you need further assistance.
