I plugged in another headset (a steelseries Arctis 1) to my Win 10 PC and I think it's caused an issue with my Razer Kraken X. The audio balance now seems a little off, like the left speaker is stronger. Similarly toggling sound device between the Kraken X and the 7.1 mode (which according to the tool is working fine) doesn't seem to make any difference to the audio.



I can't find audio drivers anywhere online to just reinstall. I did the Windows reinstall but that doesn't seem to have resolved it.

Try to reinstall the driver of your headset in the device manager and check if Windows OS is up to date. If that didn't work, reinstall the 7.1 Surround app for further isolation. You can also follow the steps here to resolve the uneven audio balance. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and forward this to our Software Team if necessary so they can look into it.
