Razer Kraken X USB Headset Low Buzzing Noise

So I've recently bought and received a Razer Kraken X USB headset on Amazon about a week ago. It's a good quality headset at its price, but there's been an issue ever since I started using the new headset. There always this constant, low static-buzzing noise in the left ear-cuff that fades in and out every 2 seconds. It's not very loud, but its DEFINITELY noticeable to the point where it ticks me off and makes me want to get a new headset. Its hard to describe the sound, but the most similar thing I can compare it to is having tinnitus and your ears are ringing (but only in the left ear.) When I completely mute the audio on my computer, the ringing is still there. I've also tried all the USB ports on my pc and the ringing is still constantly there. I could try reinstaling synapse but I don't think it'll go anywhere. I've also read that it could be caused by a grounding issue with the USB port on my computer, but I'm not too sure. Anyone got any ideas how to solve this??

EDIT: I was messing around in my audio settings on my computer and I found that if I disable my microphone on the headset, the low high-pitch noise is instantly lowered but the noise does still not fully go away. It seems that maybe my mic is also connected to this issue? I also tried this headset on my laptop rather than my PC, and the same low- buzzing static sound occurs even without synapse installed on my laptop. I really hope I didn't just waste $60 on a brand new faulty headset, ridiculous...

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. Please send me the following:

Hey there! Have you tried isolating the issue by connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer? Should the same behavior persist, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM. Let' continue from there.

Maybe try to disable your headset and reenable it and then disable synapse 3 and reenable it again in windows sound properties. This is how I fix the problem but sometimes it will happen again so do the steps again and it will stop and this buzz noise problem will happen about every once a week

Were you able to connect the headset to a USB 2.0 instead of 3.0 or a different computer? Also, if you have Windows 10, ensure that the Windows Sonic Spatial sound is disabled. Anyhow, feel to submit a case or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

I have this issue as well. Just bought one yesterday and I'm 100% sure that the noise is coming from the headset's mic, probably the way it was manufactured/programmed?

I say this because I tried plugging my headset to all kinds of USBs, and basically whenever the headset's mic receives power, the noise will show up. From USB on monitor to TV to laptop to all different PC USB ports and even on a different PC.. it's always there unless the mic is disabled through Windows' sound settings. It's even worse when a game or program is actively using the mic, such as Discord or Destiny 2, or when going to Windows' sound settings and choosing the "Recording" tab...

I would be extremely happy if Razer could issue some kind of a patch or driver for this issue *fingers crossed*
