Razer Kraken X USB is not working proberly (no Surround sound)

Hello, I bought the Razer Kraken X USB and was wanting to use THX Spatial Audio in CSGO sience it is supported. the first problem ist, when i plug in the Kraken and i go to "sound-settungs" and then "recording device" the window freezes. always. when i selekt "THX Spatial" in "output device" and go to "calibration" and run the test knob it doesnt output any sound at all (the THX Spatial output Device is selekted as standard device" When i run "Razer THX Spatial Audio"n and go to "calibration" and "test" it only outputs the right and left speakers all the other speakers are silent... What i did: deinstall all drivers and software and reinstalled it... no changes. I run Windows 10. Can anyone help on this subjekt? THX
