Razer Kraken X USB Left ear pulsating

Hello. On monday my headset Razer Kraken X arrived but when i plugged it inside my usb slots the left ear started some sort of buzzing/beeping in the left ear before i installed any drivers (installing them changed nothing). When I tried changing the usb slots it aswell didn't change anything. Can sb help?
