Razer Kraken X (USB) Mic too quiet

Hey i just bought the Razer Kraken X (USB) and , now i have the problem that many of my friends say that the Mic is too quiet and it sound like it needs a Pop Protection for the Mic. Can someone help me ? , maybe i have to change some Settings (there arent that many) and idk what AGC in the Settings mean.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. The AGC (Automatic Gain Control) in the custom panel of your Windows recording devices tab help to reduce/prevent audio distortion. Please check if disabling it resolves the issue.
