I literally just received by Razer Kraken X USB, and the volume wheel on it does not work. No matter how far I scroll up or down, the volume just stays the same. I tried initiating a return at https://returns.narvar.com/razer/returns, and it said that my order number and billing zip code were not recognized, even though I copy-pasted the order number directly from the email that says I ordered it. I then tried to do a live chat and I called, and I was not able to receive any help. I just want to play but I can't if I can't even control the volume. My questions are, is it able to be fixed (I literally just opened it and put it on to try it and it didn't work coming out of the box), or will a Razer employee help initiate my return?
