I was gonna use the camera after doing all the settings the light started flickering and and after it started making a sound how to fix it? here is a video

Try updating the Synapse app and use a different USB port of your PC for further isolation. If that didn’t help, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and our options for a replacement. Thank you.

Im having the same issue after pulling it out to use from just not using it. It started staricing after using the settings. Its my first time use too.
