Hello. I had some problems with my Lancehead like random walk of the sensor etc. searched a bit and found the fw-updater-tool. I tried updating both but got stuck at 5% with the mouse and then hearing a win disconnect sound (lights go off and nothings works - had to unplug to get it working again) then i tried the dongle updater and got something like checking firmware (i think it did something because now the dongle doesn´t work anymore so now it´s a wired mouse...)

I really had problems with all of my razer products now and I hope that someone can help me with this…
