Hi! I’ve had this mouse for a while now and every once in a while the mouse would refuse to work. 

It always happens when I re-open my laptop from a previous session. The mouse is plugged in, it glows, and it appears to be functional in the hardware settings of my computer. It even disables my touchpad (which was a setting I enabled which happens whenever a mouse is plugged in).
 
When the mouse is in this state, the mouse cannot interact with the computer in any way. I can’t move the pointer or use any of the buttons. When I unplug the mouse, the touchpad works as normal. When I plug the mouse back in, the mouse still doesn’t work. 

This is solvable by restarting my computer, and once I do that the mouse works like normal. But, the problem keeps popping up and so I would like to know if it’s possible to fix or prevent the problem without restarting.
