It started a couple weeks ago. I tring to find a solution about my problem, i tried to contacted with Customer Service without avail. I would like fix my mouse somehow. Lancehead TE mouse test

 

  • Windows is up to date.

  • Conneced my mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Updated the firmware on my mouse.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software. It’s done.

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstalled my mouse driver, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Tested my mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.

    Everything is done, there is no any physical damage, immaculate condition.
