Hello Razer Support,
A few days ago I purchased a new Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition Quartz mouse. For some reason it is not detected in Razer Synapse 4 or Synapse 3. In Device Manager it also appears simply as “HID-compliant mouse”.
I have already tried multiple reinstalls of Razer Synapse and the mouse drivers, but it still shows up the same way in Device Manager. When I try to register the mouse, the system cannot find it by serial number. I’m not sure whether I should post the serial number here, but I can provide all the necessary details privately if needed.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
