Razer Lancehead (Tourney Edition) Not Recognized

The latest Synapse 3 update failed to recognize my Lancehead Tournament Edition mouse, and figuring it failed to properly update, I downloaded the newest installer and reinstalled Synapse 3, but my mouse is still not recognized, so I can't change any mouse settings, including sensitivity & colour change. Help please?

    Were you able to try to connect the mouse to another USB port to see if it is detected? Also, did you try it on another computer?

    The mouse works, but Synapse is not acknowledging that it exists. It's clearly connected. I haven't tried changing ports. I fail to see how that would cause Synapse to suddenly recognize it when Windows has recognized it all along. As for trying it on a different computer, that's not an option. My other computers are too old to run Synapse, and I don't use them anymore.
