Razer Lancehead Wireless (2019) laggs/stutters while DPI switching | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hello,

first i want to apologize for my bad english.

I had now for 3 years the Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition. The right button don´t work anymore well so i replaced it with the Lancehead Wireless 2019 edition.

Now i have a problem with the new one.

Everytime is switch DPI the mouse hangs. Ingame it is like it lags. But also on desktop if i make a slow move from one to the other side and i switch DPI the cursor stutters.

I tried some things to fix it by myself:

-DPI steps higher or lower

-more or less DPI steps

-another USB (2.0,3.0,3.1)

-with Synapse or without

-another Computer

-reset the mouse

-put the DPI switch to another buttons

-with kabel or wireless

The problem is always the same but i must say wireless it is stronger.

I would like to know (best from someone who has this mouse too) if this is normal or not because my old Tournament Edition didn´t have this behavior.

Maybe some tipps how i can fix this or do you think the mouse is defect?

Thank you for advices

and again sorry for my very bad english

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Lancehead Wireless concern here. Did you reset the mouse via the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? Have you tried replicating the issue by logging in as a guest user on Razer Synapse 3.0?
Hello and thanks for your quick replay.

Yes i allready reseted the mouse via the Synapse 3.0 settings and actually tried the thing with the guest login. It is always the same problem. I don´t think that the problem is Synapse because it is with:

-Synapse on

-deaktivated

-deinstalled

-on a Pc where Synapse never been installed.

It is really the mouse i think.
