Hello all,
I recently purchased a Razer Lancehead Wireless mouse and have been using it moderately for a month or so. Today, I plugged the USB cable in and used the mouse in wired mode to allow it to recharge. Once I noticed the mouse had charged to 100%, I disconnected the mouse, inserted the USB receiver dongle, and powered on the mouse. The mouse is no longer working in wireless mode. It only works when plugged in.
Device manager shows the mouse receiver is present, and I get the connect/disconnect chimes when I insert/remove the dongle. With the mouse plugged in, Synapse says the battery is at 100% and the mouse behaves normally. Once I disconnect the USB cable from the mouse, it will not pair wirelessly.
I've tried reinstalling Synapse, resetting the mouse profiles through Synapse, and many shutdowns/reboots. Nothing helps.
Any thoughts? Is there a special hardware reset button sequence on these?
Thanks.
