I bought this product, the "Razer Laptop Cooling Pad," about 2-3 weeks ago. Over the past weeks, I've noticed some issues that I don't understand, and I would like to ask for your help. When the cooler is in operation, it emits high-frequency sounds in the range of 500-2500 rpm. I checked the filter, and it's not dirty, and I am using it as its intended with the proper frame, not overworking the fan. What can I do to stop the noise? Thank you in advance for your responses!

Hey guys,
If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the high pitch sound. Can you also include a short video clip highlighting the sound so I can check it? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
