Razer left a free floating drive in my computer after service that did damage and wants me to pay | Razer Insider

So the long story short is I sent my computer in for service that razer did me a solid on and did free of charge. Got the computer back and after a few months I noticed that my track pad was bulging.

I opened the back of the computer to see an m.2 drive wedged against my battery and with clear indents as to where it was. I opened a case with them and uploaded a few pictures showing the issues and where this free float drive was (My guess is its one of their drives for diagnostics). My concern to them was that the damage to the battery and trackpad was only what was visible.

There response completely ignored that the service was done improperly and a foreign object was left in my device. They also wanted me to pay for diagnostic and shipping. Anyone else find that a little absurd?

I attached two images. The one with the battery looks much better after the pressure from the back plate was released. But there clear stress marks on the battery bulging from the drive just sitting there.
Hi there! Let me look into this. Can you send me the case number through PM? Make sure to include the link to this thread as well.
