I plugged the Leviathan into several USB type c ports. It does not power on. Nothing happens. I am disappointed that I cannot contact support. Not even online.
that sux but...I don't really care from the bottom of my heart what Razer support will say because the last time I tried to follow the steps, snap3.0 and corrected the error, it created a bad block on my HD and in addition to losing the mouse lost everything.The mouse is the best on the market but lasts a maximum of 6 months.
