Razer Leviathan v2 connects to pc but wont play sound

I’ve been having major issues with my Razer Leviathan V2. It powers on, but no sound comes out of it. The input and power buttons stay green but when i press the input button it doesn't change to Bluetooth mode but rarely i can somehow get it to, the volume buttons don't do anything either. The speaker is connected to my PC and can also connect through Bluetooth. When I check the audio, it shows it’s picking up sound from music/videos. I’ve tried many things, like plugging/unplugging it, restarting the PC, or using a different cord, but nothing has helped. It’s starting to seem like the only option is to get a new one.
