Hi ! I don’t know if that can help you too, but I got the same issue on my Leviathan V2 X, and I try this manipulation, but that doens’t work as much…

BUT :

I also had my sound bar with the app on my cellphone (Razer Audio), and my app “see” and can act on the sound bar without the bluetooth ! Strange … So I totally reset the app and do a hard reset (+ nd - plus pwr button) and everything work.

I tought the mobil app + the synapse on the computer had a conflict.

Regards,

For those of you who have not given up with Razer Leviathan, I just recently got this issue couple of times in a month and what I always work for me is this:

Step 1: Remove all the cables

Step 2: Unplugged the power cable from the wall or extension

Step 3: Wait a couple of minutes

Step 4: Plug the power to the Leviathan (Don’t plug it on the outlet yet)

Step 5: Press the power button, it will light up then off again

Step 6: Unplug the power from Leviathan again

Step 7: Plug the power cable to the outlet

Step 8: Plug only the power to leviathan then turn on

This is pretty much what I do for maybe 4 times happening this month and this works everytime I don’t need to repeat the process or anything. Im guessing the key thing here is to drain the power from the brick thing.

I hope that this would also be the case for everyone so we can use this thing without headaches

I don't know if anyone has found the solution but I found a fix.

Just get a USB A adapter for the USB C cable supplied. Connect the cable with the adapter into the PC, obviously into the USB A port.

If it doesn't work, allow that USB A port's power supply to be turned on even when the PC is turned off. Google it if you need to know how.

Or, just get a cable with female USBC A to male USB C. Use that cable instead of the cable supplied to connect the speaker to the PC.

Hope I explained it well.

Cheers

guys i did some diagnostic and it can be repeated successfully each time,

  • Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset.
  • Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer)
  • Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB)
  • Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go.

so far everything is good, however here is how to tweak it, after unpluggin everything, press the power button to drain whats left in the speaker you will see the RGB light for a moment, now go to the power brick AC, and disconnect that as well from the wall, now here is where you all making mistake you plug everything back in and test again, No instead wait, simply wait for 30min to 1 hour, be patient this step is what makes it work, now when its done First plug the power brick to the wall, then connect the power line ONLY and test, if everything work smoothly then connect the rest.
  • the real problem happen after an unexpected power disturbance occure and the problem will persist as long as Power Still exist within the circuit, what we want to do is to Drain the system from all power, and give it some time for whats left to be completely drained out. that takes 15min up to a couple hours 24h if you want but generally up to 1 hour is sufficient, im replying here also as a reference for me so i know how to fix it should that happen again

This worked for me. Thank you!

As for Razer shame on you!
We should not have to go on internet do research then do all this only because we had a power outage. What kind of fragile poor quality devices are you producing and selling to us?! Do you not test your stuff for quality?! I will seriously reconsider before buying another Razer device.
