I tried to update the firmware of my Leviathan V2 from 1.06.15.1043 to 1.07.00.1043 but failed. A prompt popped up and said that the firmware update failed and asked me to try again after reconnect the device. The source button on the Leviathan V2 also turned red after the failure of firmware update. I have tried to connect the Leviathan V2 with different wire but it didn’t help. Hope someone can help me to figure out the problem. Thank you!
I am experiencing the exactly the same issue. I am trying to update from 1.06.10.1043 to 10.07.00.1043 on a model RZ05-0392. The firmware bundle updated the Bluetooth firmware but then fails every time at the USB connection. Same red IO button comes up immediately. Before speaking to customer service I tried the factory supplied USB-C to USB-A, then I tried two known good (i.e. tested on another device) USB-C to USB-C on two different computers and neither solved the issue. I then spoke to support who said to try repairing and try the firmware again, then reinstalling Razer Synapse and try the firmware if the repair didn’t work. I am going to jump on the support chat again but I am sceptical that they will have a fix. A really terrible experience.
has anything come of this? my device has literally just stopped working, not even recognized by my pc anymore.. red source button
There was no fix for me. Razer replaced the device.
same problem here,but wworst! i buy on 1 timeleviathan v2 blackwidow 65% and vp pro deatatther frome retailer inmycountry and all 3 have major problems...i hope razer take it and replace it cuz itry allits have here i speak with 4 dudes who try same all thing and all tells me its harduerproblemand cant be fix :( so so sad...Before that same unfixing problem with raprtor...intrushtooand before that samecant fixing with one another keyboard...now iget secong huntsman in past 8 monts and again double clik...i will change thinkto try other brand,cuz after allits so sad to be same problem inanyprosdus...even now my key for space when want worn and dont work...cuz of thiskeyboard i have and one big problemim universitty...sorry for this but its too much...theonly working think withno problemsis my mouse pad cuz dont have cabels haha
Onother sidee my brother have same staff like me and 0 problems for `10 year...we take it frome one place evry time and get it together even last time we chek and series to be same and my are brokenhis not :D fate maybe or its a sing i need stop play games haha
