Razer Leviathan V2 Pro subwoofer connection?

I need to replace the cable that connects the soundbar to the subwoofer, I asked a support agent what type of cable it is and they said 2.5mm, but I just bought one and it isn't doing anything. Does anyone know what cable type connects the two units and where I can get one?

    My cable broke when I was moving the speaker a few months ago. I tried getting a standard 2.5 mm audio cable and that did not work so I believe it is proprietary. I have been without a subwoofer for several months now, I would also love to know where I can get a replacement cable.

    In order to make this work, you need to get a 4 pole 2.5mm cable

     

    Most 2.5mm are 3 pole and will not work .

    I just replaced mine as my dog got caught on the cable and bent it, replaced it today and the sub is back online
