Razer Leviathan V2 Subwoofer not working on PC

Hello,

I own a Razer Leviathan V2. Today the subwoofer stopped working on PC. When using my phone to connect via Bluetooth to the Leviathan, the subwoofer works as expected. This seems to be an issue with software.

AFAIK there have been no updates to windows or synapse that could have caused this.

I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse.

Sadly, the software to upgrade the firmware provided by Razer cannot be run on my PC, since it lacks Bluetooth 4.

What must I do to get it working again?

I am at my wit’s end and am thankful for any helpful responses.

    What is the OS build of your PC? If possible, try it on a different computer and update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can PM me with the serial number of your Razer Leviathan V2 so I can check for other workarounds.
