Razer Leviathan V2 X not connected to PC

Strange things happen to my Leviathan V2X. At first, every time I start the PC it does not connect to Synapse and the pc that I have to unplug and plug back the cable, and it will work fine if I do that. Then I tried to set it as default audio option on my pc, all of a sudden the computer just can not detect the speaker, while it shows connected to Synapse, it does not show in PC’s audio option and it does not function in PC mode, meanwhile the Bluetooth mode works just fine. I have tried to update the firmware, reconnect the cable and restart the computer, but they do not help. Does anyone encountered the same issue and know the solution? I will be very appreciated!
