Razer Leviathan V2 X not detected in Synapse 3

I purchased the Razer Leviathan V2 X Pokemon Edition.

The soundbar is not detected through Synapse 3.0. The PC does not have a Type C port, I connect it via a Baseus USB Type-C to USB 3.0 Type-A adapter. Did not help.

How to make Synapse 3.0 see the soundbar? I reinstalled everything several times, to no avail.

It happens to me too, occasionally. I plug the usb cable on and off it solves it for a week or so.

I’m having the same issues with mine. Whenever I have to reset my PC the Sound bar starts acting up and doesn’t register with my PC. It turns on and the Bluetooth light just blinks, even when I connect Via bluetooth so sound comes out.

Please help..

Anyone find a fix for this? I just got them recently and suddenly its disappeared.

I just received my Veciathan v2 Pikachu edition from china, and of course I have all the same issues described in this post, plus, I noticed that the soundbar works also without a power source! I means that it has an inner battery? But where? How? What capacity has it? I’m shocked, it is not displayed neighter said anwhere that it’s a battery powered device. I’m sad that I can’t control lights, effect, and EQ since Synapse doesn’t show anything connected. But I’m somehow happy to know that the device is portable, even if I don’t know how much battery and endurance it has. I'’ll try to test it out or maybe disassembly it and try to discover something more about that thing.
