it flashes green and wont play sound, but it will work on bluetooth mode but just sounds really bad. how do i get pc mode to work again?

Hello there,
Try to update its firmware. Also, does it make the same issue when tried on a different computer? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
