All I want is the rainbow wave lighting effect to keep going no matter what I am doing, surfing the net, or going into any game.
I have the latest update, I have everything else shut down, even in task manager and even then it was only MSI Center.
Still whenever I go into a game, ALL my Razer products go black. BUT, when I shut Synapse 4 right off, then when I go into any game it does a spectrum lighting effect, which is better then nothing, but not the effect I am looking for. When I get out of the game of course it keeps the spectrum lighting, because I have the Razer software shut down.
Help!! I went through the virtual assistant and did everything it asked and now it’s gone to escalated help.
