i can log in in the razer cortex but can in the other apps i log in then says refreshing and puts me back at the log in window

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you reinstall your Cortex by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with your Cortex logs so I can include it when I forward your case to our Technical Team. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
