the conatct support link doesnt work and sends you on a loop. if i look up for my mouse that isnt working properly it just tells me i cant get any support and have to go here but i want a normal techincal support like every other company has who actually cares about their customers and dont leave them with their broken products to figure the problem out on their own.

razer made it impossible to contact them and get help of them if their products have serious issues
