so my razer mamba has not been working wireless but does work wired i have reinstalled divers re paired and up dated the dongle and mouse but still not working i have also tried different ports on my mother board with the dongle and still not working and have tried on other devices and does not work

+1It’s EOL for a long time. If dongle is fried, then you might look at some used ones maybe on ebay etc.
